Very good
Liked: The flat is nice offering a big living room and dining room separate to the bedrooms which is helpful if you are travelling with late sleepers. The location is good as you can both walk to the historic centre or get the metro which is very close.
Disliked: No off street parking - though a private parking which costs about 16 euros a day is next to it. The flat is in the ground floor and there is no balcony.
Great location, nice place good transport system
Liked: Location fab and local festival was on while there. Buy a barik card (can use for up to 10 people) and each journey on bus or tram far cheaper.
Disliked: The key code worked for the keysafe on the door but did not to get in the building, C1 just rang the apartment. We had to ring the 24 hour help line they gave us another code that still didn’t work and only got in when someone else entered the building. Good job not late at night as would never of got in. Kettle wouldn’t turn off, kept boiling.
Close to football stadium, metro
Liked: Nice big apartment with 2 bedrooms, kitchen with toaster, oven, fridge etc. Keys are in the locker, so late check-in is possible. Close to metro.
Disliked: We coudnt find how to turn on heating, but it was that cold, so we didnt mind.

Liked: There was a bit of a problem checking in. We were having problems with our cell phone. We had been told we could check in in person but the agency was in a different location. Fortunately, a very kind person helped us get in. The rental company were very apologetic
Usefull and nice apartment near Palacio Euskalduna
Liked: The flat is really big, two confy bedrooms, a huge living room, kitchen with connected storage room, and a nice bathroom. The location for us was very convenient because we where attending a congress at the nearby convention center, but if you're interested in enjoying the Casco Viejo mind you'd have to do a little stroll (about 30mins) or take the metro.
Disliked: nothing really
