  Liked: 2nd time here and it doesnt dissapoint.Good food,good location,rooms are a bit small but it depends how much you care about that.We always get there late so we always receive a top floor room-the view is amazing!Good size pool,nice outside area.And breakfast and lunch staff always helpfull.

  Disliked: The gentleman from the bar was a bit rude in terms of,when we arrived the receptionist said we can order from the bar as its still open..but when we went there he looked bothered that he had to serve us as he was doing the tills already.I understand that when its not busy you do that earlier than closing, but I feel his attitude towards us wasnt really nice,considering the reception send us.

  Liked: Very clean, staff were lovely and friendly, never the beach.

  Liked: The location is very good, close to a beautiful beach, and the staff were excellent. Both the restaurant and housekeeping staff were consistently kind, attentive and helpful.

  Disliked: Unfortunately, this was one of my most disappointing hotel stays, despite the fact that I travel quite often and have stayed in many different hotels. The main issues were: 1. No fridge in the room. This was probably the most surprising thing. There is no fridge at all unless you rent one for an additional daily fee. The rooms are also very small, with no table and very limited space to store your belongings. These are very basic things that we have had even in much cheaper hotels. 2. Poor and repetitive food. We stayed for 10 days, and the food was disappointing throughout our stay. The menu was very repetitive, and food from previous meals often seemed to be served again the next day, simply reheated, cut differently or presented in another way. Sometimes the only side dishes at dinner were fries and potatoes left over from previous meals. Breakfast was almost exactly the same every day, and there wasn’t even something as basic as oatmeal available. The bread and pastries were sometimes not fresh either. Overall, the food was simply not very tasty, including basic dishes such as vegetables. 3. Noise at night. On several nights, very loud and apparently intoxicated groups were making noise in the courtyard and hotel corridors, waking us up several times during the night. Unfortunately, the hotel did not seem to manage the situation. 4. Ants in the room. There were quite a lot of ants in our room, and they even bit us. 5. Constant problems with the elevators. The elevators were extremely slow and unreliable. They would stop on every floor or sometimes go in the wrong direction. On our departure day, we were about 15 minutes late getting downstairs for our airport transfer simply because we could not get down normally with our luggage.

  Liked: They took our request into account: we got a room with a sea view. We got the room earlier. The kitchen had a wide selection.The stuff was very kind.

  Disliked: In our room (524) one of the mattresses was very smelly and the air conditioner also smelled. The hotel was full of young people who were loud until late in the evening and at night. The walls are thin. If you want silence, ask for a room at the back. There is not much storage, there is not even a case next to the bed.
