  Welcoming and spacious bungalows, great service from the staff

  Liked: Bungalows have exactly what you or a family with children need. They also have a bbq zone and there is plenty of parking areas. The swimming pool is clean and perfect for hot days. Staff are very welcoming and always ready to help

  Disliked: It didn’t have a toaster which I think could be useful.

  Excellent choice for a value family holiday

  Liked: Excellent value for money in a quiet location. Only a 10 minute walk to Fenals beach which has plenty of shops and restaurants. Two supermarkets within 5 minutes walk (Consum is cheaper than Dia and has more variety) and a value shop (Gran Bazaar) next to these which sells all the extras you could need for a holiday that you couldn't fit in your luggage (e.g. parasols, beach equipment). The bungalow has a very basic kitchen (two-plate hob and a microwave) but this was enough to make simple meals for a family of four. The pool was lovely and always really quiet (sometimes we had it to ourselves even at peak periods in August). We had a lovely view as we were in one of the top bungalows and spent our evenings on the patio enjoying the view. We were just lucky to get this bungalow, the lower bungalows won't have such nice views but will still have all of the same facilities. All the staff were so welcoming and helpful.

  Not the best for money spent

  Liked: The receptionist was very nice! I think her name was Marta and she was from Poland - she was very polite and friendly - biggest applause for her!

  Disliked: The rest of the staff was weird to be honest. Rude, not helpful at all, gave side eye looks. Went to the swimming pool at 10am, it was closed. Went to ask to unlock the gates - that's all she did, didn't even bother to unlock the toilets. The toilets were in disgusting state - not even cleaned the day before, no toilet paper, rubbish everywhere. The bungalow had a strong smell, was on the old side, photos weren't even close to what it actually looked like. Staff didn't even speak basic English, when asked for something they had no idea what I was talking about.
