For the high price it was not worth it

  Liked: Nothing

Disliked: Everything. Young kids everywhere and loud. Kept knocking on my door through out the night looking for their friends room. No remote control for tv in the room. Room very outdated furniture from the 90’s. Don’t know how they see themselves as 3 or 4 star hotel. Elevators stop 10 centimeters from floor which causes a hazard for old people. Balcony railing very unsafe as the railing moves with the slightest of movement. You can see the room is not cleaned properly or daily at all. The A/C is very confusing to operate or did not work at all.

No. Dont book here. Read my review!!!

Liked: If you're english, AVOID! You can be polite as possible and still get mistreated. Walls are thin. People let their kids play in the hallway which echoes, slamming doors. It was noisy on our first night at 1am. I could go on! It's mostly Spanish and some French. Theres young groups of teenagers. Honestly felt like crying with how stressed I was. There was almost a big group fight between 2 families. Their children are obnoxious and no manners. They tried to bully our kids off the snooker table. It was the worst holiday ive ever had
