    Scammers. Unhygienic and Misleading Property – Had to Leave Immediately

    Disliked: Find out how I got scammed of 400eur I booked this apartment for a week for 440€ but upon arrival it was completely different from what was shown in the photos. There was a strong unpleasant odor, the sofa and bedding were stained and unclean, furniture was damaged, and there was visible rust in several areas. The AC unit was full of mold, which triggered my allergies and asthma. Because of these health and hygiene issues I had to leave within 30 minutes and book another hotel at my own expense. I requested a free cancellation and immediately contacted Booking customer support. However, I only received a 10% refund. Booking informed me that they cannot issue any further compensation or reimbursement without approval from the property. WTH? Zero responsibility. Avoid this property and Booking.com Additional info: there is no natural light, the “loft” is basically an old hallway.
