Good
Liked: The room, it's cleanliness. The hotel's convenience for getting into Santander. And especially the fact it's a local community hub, so lot's of lively Spanish evening atmosphere.
Disliked: Be nice if the staff smiled and were a bit more friendly especially toward the hotel guests who might have some Spanish but not basque.
Liked: The bed was comfortable. Room was clean. Food tastes amazing when we finally got it
Disliked: The staff are very rude. Not very helpful. Made you feel like you were a nuisance
Lovely place but still disappointing
Liked: The view and the staff. Also the residents that we met.. It is a beautiful place but take food and make sure that you are booking a room with a view. You cannot depend on the restaurants.
Disliked: No window in our room and neither restaurant in the village was open. There were no cooking facilities as far as we could tell.

Liked: Friendly welcome from staff even though we were very late arriving due to a delayed flight. Great cafeteria with lovely breakfast options and excellent coffee.
Liked: Clean and comfortable stay just on the outskirts of Santander.
