Exceptional
Fabulous stay in a lovely and peaceful place
Liked: Its location was fabulous, rural, peaceful with wonderful views to the Med and small village. Welcome was warm and got loads of information. Room was superb, clean and loved the features, bed was extremely comfortable. Outside was beautiful with comfortable seating, pool and sun beds. Great walk through the forest into the town and along the beach. Great parking

Liked: The accommodation is located very nicely above the isla on walking distance to two different beaches. Breakfast was lovely
Disliked: We could have used a heavier bed sheet as it became cold at night

Liked: Beautiful hotel in a stunning location, with clean rooms and breathtaking views. However, the service lacked warmth and flexibility. We arrived at 10 a.m. to find nobody at reception, and even small requests at breakfast, like an extra coffee or yoghurt, seemed too much to ask. A smile and a little more hospitality would have made a big difference. Great location, but customer service needs improvement.
