Guest reviews
Very good
Pretty Good
Liked: Breakfast, pool.
Disliked: Having to leave a 10 euro deposit for each pool towel; the use of pool towels should be included in room rental. The front desk staff were not always the friendliest.
Liked: Great service and place
Very good, no complaints
Liked: Beautifully clean, fabulous rooms! Everything worked!
Disliked: Bar shut at midnight! Leaving customers in darkness which I thought was quite dangerous
A Spanish resort- zero English. 3 star
Liked: This is a Spanish hotel- zero English, staff can not speak English! I do not usually do reviews but this time I think it’s super important, we stayed here for a week & have just returned home. We paid for all inclusive- however there is absolutely nothing to eat between breakfast & lunch & dinner- they offer cold pizza or crisps (zero meals) the pool bar is not included in all inclusive- you have to pay. The pool is dead quiet all day until around 6:30pm when everyone comes out for some music around the pool- until then no staff to be seen. We was quite a large group so when going up to bar for drinks I asked for a tray to bring 8 drinks to the other side of the pool and was told no- I had to do two trips, I asked for help from the bar staff they said no. You are only allowed an iron or towels from the spa if you pay 10 euros. Whilst going out for a walk every hotel had some entertainment and nice music, this hotel absolutely nothing. Maybe a little band at 11pm but that is it. There is Zero night life or nice places to eat in the area.
Perfect facilities, great breakfast, cannot recommend dinner buffet
Clean, new, lovely setting, great staff. I had visions of going again for a longer stay
Liked: The position was splendid, right by a park and a beach. Our room looked directly onto the gardens, pool and park, with a charming terrace (2nd floor). One of the guests was disabled, and the staff were most helpful with luggage, the wheelchair, and any other issues.
Disliked: I was surprised to learn that a pet friendly hotel didn’t take cats, only dogs. This was sorted out, but it was funny to learn that pets meant dogs. Ok, pets shouldn’t include snakes or alligators, but cats are usually included,The room was super good value, but parking ( not for me, being disabled) charged 8 euros a day, there were no tea or coffee making facilities in the room but for 20 euros a day that and a mini bar would be filled, etc. It didn’t affect us and we stayed a second day as it was such a pleasant experience.
