  A lovely stay. We would return!

  Liked: The apartment has a gorgeous sea view. It was very clean and well presented. Its conveniently located 10 minutes walk from the beach. The neighborhood was quiet and calm. The host was very responsive

  Disliked: The wifi signal isn't great in all areas of the apartment but its good in the bedroom

  Liked: Flat is in good state and as described and in a good position, close to the exit to the main road to reach other areas of the island. Two beaches are accessible on foot (Cala galdana and Mitjana beaches). It's a 10 min walk downhill to the town but we didn't mind it. Support was fairly quick in responding.

  Disliked: Flat has some small signs of wear ( you can tell certain things are a bit old), but overall it's well maintained. No barbecue was provided as shown in pictures and description, but we ended up not requesting it.

  Great location, clean and comfortable stay

  Liked: Property was super clean with great facilities. It has everything we needed as a group for our stay. Great location and easy to find the beach and local restaurants once you have found your bearings. We were even provided with beach towels which was a nice touch. The only reason I cannot rate higher is because we did not use all of the facilities (cooker, coffee machine etc) so cannot pass judgement on them. Overall it was a clean and spacious apartment The hosts were amazing at checking in and seeing if we needed anything. We also received an email halfway through our stay with recommended things to do locally if we had a rainy day. They were so helpful if we had any questions.

  Disliked: Very minimal things but it would have been nice if hand soap was supplied. There is a shop not even a 5 minute walk away so we just grabbed one. There are ceiling fans in both bedrooms and portable fans in the living room, we stayed in August so even with those it was very hot.

  The property lacked many basic hospitality standards. There was too many issues to try to fix so we ended up leaving the

  Disliked: - facilities were in poor condition - dead mosquitos on the wall with blood splatters - superrr hot and fan doesn’t cover the entire space, can’t open window because basically everyone can see you in the morning/ no mesh to prevent mosquitos at night. - broken and rusty fan was provided - broken fridge leaking water everywhere - no basic needs for short stays hand soap, small water bottle, coffee, napkins - chipped plates/mugs and dirty rusty utensils - help was not provided in a timely manner, wasted half of my day to get the broken fan and I had to chase one of the workers to get it.

  Competitive price with compromise

  Liked: Good location, close to beaches, viewpoints, bus stop, restaurants.

  Disliked: It was very hot in the night, uncomfortable bed, very difficult to have rest. The furniture was worn-out.

  A clean, comfortable, and well-located villa with great amenities—highly recommended for anyone visiting Menorca

  Liked: The property is in an excellent location, making it a perfect base for exploring Menorca. Having private parking was a huge advantage, especially for guests renting a car, which I would highly recommend for getting around the island. The beautiful Cala Galdana beach is only about a 10-minute walk away, and there are plenty of bars, restaurants, shops, and a supermarket within easy walking distance. The villa was very clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. All facilities were provided, and the private pool was a fantastic bonus, offering a peaceful place to relax. Overall, it offered great value for money and made for a very enjoyable stay.

  Disliked: The only minor issue was that communication could sometimes be a little delayed. However, this was a very small concern and did not significantly affect our stay.
