  It was perfect

  Liked: This was our fourth visit to this hotel, and once again, they did not disappoint us in any way. The staff were fantastic, whether at reception, behind the bar, or in the restaurant. Everything was perfect! The food was delicious, and the drinks were excellent. I requested a specific room, and my request was kindly fulfilled as well. As I mentioned above, this was our fourth visit, and it certainly won’t be our last, as we are already planning to return again. I highly recommend this hotel to everyone!

  Good room, bad food!

  Liked: Location was great and room was decently equipped.

  Disliked: The food they serve is awful, fish wasn't fresh and they are just next to the beach!!! The food selection was full of frozen stuff one can get at supermarkets. Honestly to be in Spain, the food expectations were high and instead it was completely a fail.

  Poor facilities however great location

  Liked: View was excellent until we were moved to a room without a sea view which we paid extra for. Location was very central to all amenities which worked well.

  Disliked: Lock on patio door broke immediately upon arrival. Was fixed however broke again the following day. Second day air con failed smelt of burning and having a baby made this very uncomfortable. Unable to resolve so was forced to move room despite paying more for a specific sea view room. Smell of sewage throughout the dining room facilities was terribly offputting and also encouraged flies which in turn ended up in glasses etc. Mould was present on the walls within the hotel room painted over but still visible. 10 euros to hire kettle for room for baby, this is surely a basic requirement for a family room. Wasn't true to the 4 star rating I dont think.

  Over rated certainly should not be a 4star location is brilliant for the beach and shopping

  Disliked: No extractors in shower/toilet food never hot only one lift each side of hotel that only took four adults also used by cleaning staff no drawers on room for clothing safe was out of order in room
