  Has potential, but dissapointing stay

  Liked: -Good location -Nice pool -Nice rooms -Free water stations on every floor

  Disliked: -No AC in the rooms due to it being 'cooler outside'. Room was boiling hot, asked the staff for a fan which was a straight no. No intent on trying to resolve the issue. We raised a complaint to hotel management, and still haven't heard back - 1 week later!! False advertising!!! - You have to pay for pool towels - Every time you want to enter the car park with your car, you have to come inside the hotel to ask them to open the barrier -Our double room was two single beds pushed together -Pool table was broken -Food in the restaurant is mediocre. Lots of options but bland or salty

  Not as good as expected, would not return, not a 4 star

  Liked: The pool and surrounding area was nice. The overall garden area looked nice. The food was alright. The entertainment on most nights was good.

  Disliked: The dining room was noisy when full, so we chose to eat outside, which was closed after damage from a storm. This caused lack of seating unless you got in early. The bar area could do with some colour, in fact most areas are very beige.

  It was under our expectations

  Liked: We like the location, but the food quality wasn’t that good.

  Disliked: For example: it is not normal not to have decaffeinate coffee.

  Overall a lovely relaxing stay close to beach

  Liked: Lovely hotel with great view over pool and gardens

  Disliked: It was the end of may and they didn’t have the air con on……. Room very hot at night
