Wonderful family stay with attentive staff and great timing

Liked: We really enjoyed our stay at Club Simó. Visiting in early October was a fantastic decision. We avoided the summer crowds and the whole island was noticeably more peaceful and pleasant. The hotel staff was very friendly and attentive - they even prepared a lovely birthday surprise for my wife without us having to ask or mention it at all, which was a truly thoughtful touch. Our kids absolutely loved the animation program, which was well-organized and kept them entertained most of the time. The food was delicious with a good variety and the overall atmosphere of the hotel was relaxed and pleasant. Highly recommended for families with children!

Disliked: Nothing worth mentioning, everything met our expectations.

Liked: Friendly staff and a great location. The food was excellent. The selection was not very large, but there was something for everyone, and everything was delicious. There was a variety of meats, seafood, fresh vegetables and fruit, as well as some excellent desserts.

Disliked: Unfortunately, there is no internet access in the rooms at all, despite it being listed as an available amenity. The rooms are also quite worn and in need of renovation. However, overall, the value for money is reasonable.

A wonderful family stay with delicious food, friendly staff, nice facilities & convenient location

Liked: We had a wonderful stay at The Club Simo Hotel. Our room was always clean, tidy, and comfortable, and the AC worked perfectly throughout our stay. The hotel’s location is also very convenient. It’s just a 10-minute walk to the seaside, where you’ll find plenty of lovely restaurants and cafés, as well as beautiful sandy beaches. Having an ALDI store just a 5-minute walk away was another great advantage:) The staff were kind, friendly and helpful. The food deserves for a separate regards - it was absolutely amazing! Always delicious, with a great variety of options to choose from. It definitely exceeded our expectations!

Disliked: The internet connection quality did not meet our expectations. There was no Wi-Fi coverage in our room at all. Wi-Fi was available in the common areas, but the connection was somewhat slow.
