  Excellent Hotel

  Liked: This was an exceptional hotel. The staff were amazing. The food was excellent and varied. The hotel was very clean and friendly. There were a lot of activities to keep you entertained. The location was superb. The spa was excellent. We would like to mention the following staff who stood out for us Manoli in reception Nadine in reception Xavi in reception Sergio in reception Sofia in restaurant Andrea in restaurant Adrian in restaurant Adrianna in restaurant Alejandro in restaurant Roshan customer service Fabian chef Jose Garcia chef Jhon chef Lorena chef Diana cleaner We will definitely return to this hotel.

  Disliked: This was a personal gripe but at no fault an issue of the hotel. We chose to visit mid October. We did not realise it was the German school holidays. We go on holiday to enjoy the tranquility of the spa, however the spa felt more like a kids club. Screaming children, diving, throwing balls. For us, it wasn't the tranquil environment we hoped for. Just a helpful recommendation- if you want a relaxing spa break, check out the German school holiday timetable and avoid the school holidays.

  Superb modern hotel, beautiful room, excellent staff from reception to restaurant and house keeping. Great location too

  Liked: Absolutely gorgeous hotel, we had a beautiful room with sea view. Breakfast and dinner were included and were an exceptional standard. Would love to visit again. Team throughout the hotel were excellent.

  Liked: On the beach, great views ( ask for higher floors when booking) good food with nice terase to eat outside and hospitality. Was quite easy to find parking in the streets around hotel.

  Disliked: For me just too busy touristic area behind hotel, not to keen on animation program and the packed pool area ( but we came for the beach:-))
