  A very enjoyable stay in a great location, with a few housekeeping issues

  Liked: Perfect location: very close to the beach and far enough from the town center to be quiet. Decent food, friendly staff, and any issues that came up were resolved quickly.

  Disliked: Someone from the cleaning crew damaged my charging cable by putting a bed on top of it. Not a big deal in itself, but instead of owning up to it, they tried to cover it up. I also had to chase housekeeping for several days — if you had the DND sign up when they did their rounds, chances were they wouldn’t come back that day.

  Great 4 nights break. Would definitely recommend for adults only

  Liked: Very clean. Great location. Plenty food choices, both breakfast and dinner. Plenty of sunbeds.

  Fight to get the view we paid for

  Liked: Room and facilities are in excellent condition. Cleanliness is perfect. Prices in restaurant are good value for money.

  Disliked: Check in process painful, we booked a room with sea view, and we got a room on first floor (photo attached), after complaining, we get a room on second which is not full sea view (beach not visible) but it was acceptable. Not a good feeling how customers are treated.

  A lovely chilled out beachy stay. Loved it

  Liked: Absolutely perfect location on the edge of Cala millor. Breakfasts with cava if you wish but very good regardless. Dinner also very good. Rooms very clean and the lovely smell throughout the entire hotel. Very chilled out vibe at the pool. Cocktails great. Staff friendly and very helpful. Loved our stay

  Fun and relaxing

  Liked: The location is very good.

  Disliked: The facilities are too lite and too small (SPA and Gym), need to be improved. (New musculation equipment for instance)

  Overall good hotel

  Liked: Good breakfast and cleanliness. Cleaning ladies come every day. A bit too expensive for what it was but I guess those are the rules of supply and demand.

  Disliked: The location is a bit more ‘ghetto tourist trap’ but it is worth staying in this town if you have a car
