  Autumn holiday at Cala Millor

  Liked: Friendly staff, clean, great breakfast and dinner. Nice entertainment program and entertainment staff.

  Disliked: The outside pool is shaded most of the time by the hotel blocks itself but it makes up for it with the inner pool and sauna. Although it seems that the hotel is very close to the beach, that sector of the beach is unusable (rocks and dead weed). One should walk at least 15 min. to the nice beach towards Cala Millor.

  Nice stay, perfect for what we needed

  Liked: Location is fabulous, staff are great. Buffet is fairly typical but perfectly adequate. Rooms booked via Booking.com are lower floors, you have to book direct or pay for the better rooms. Couldn’t complain, would stay again but only out of season

  Disliked: The air conditioning is weak. We’ve stayed here before and despite the renovation the a/c is still poor. The pool looks nice but it’s almost always in the shade and too small for the size of the property

  I would come back, all my expectations were fulfilled

  Liked: I really liked cleanliness, housekeepers are found amazing job! They clean almost everyday if you put a sign on the door, only on monday they have warned us in advance that they will not be cleaning. -lamp in the bedroom was fixed asap. -they provided pool towels and changed them every 3 days. -great location, next to chickens and cats parks.

  Disliked: -it took some time to check in, it should be faster, instead of talking to each other, they need to talk to the guests as soon as they approach. But maybe it’s Spanish thing, no rush at all, but in general they were respectul and polite. -Indoor pool and pools outside were colder than sea in my opinion. -they advertised face painting for the kids, but when we came animators forgot about it, checked the schedule, then politely notified us that this is not happening. Shit happens, but in general in the hotels of such level, it should be communicated better. -ac in the bedroom was a bit loud. -shows in the evening were a bit boring in my personal opinion. But I would come back for the clean rooms with kitchen facilities and food location.

  Superb family holiday at really great hotel

  Liked: Food - breakfast and dinner were excellent, animation team, cleanliness.

  Disliked: Lunches at bar were not as good as breakfast and dinner at the hotel restaurant.
