  Friends together in a great hotel

  Air con doesn’t work well

  Liked: The breakfast and dinner is good and varied, tasty. Hotel located on busy street where you can find restaurants, shops, etc.

  Disliked: The air conditioner didn’t work properly. First the staff was blaming it on failure, but even after they claim to have resolved the failure the lowest AC setting couldn’t get room cooled to below 30 degrees! And when it was +35 is Mallorca we were miserable, there was no refuge from the heat nowhere including the hotel or room. Staff’s advice to close the curtains and bathroom door (which doesn’t have ventilation, by the way), didn’t help and we were sleeping in sweat:( terrible experience but luckily, we were there only for couple of days and then moved to another hotel nearby with properly functioning AC. Overall, the room and all interior are very simple, nothing special.

  Excellent!

  Liked: We love the pool and the view, the location. The food and desserts were absolutely delicious. The staff very so nice, polite and helpful. Beds were comfy. The room was always cleaned spotless. We loved our holiday.

  Liked: Really enjoyed our stay. Hotel was lovely and the staff were all super friendly and accommodating. A great selection at breakfast and loved the fresh pancake station! Would recommend this hotel.

  Liked: Staff were friendly and welcoming. Location was amazing and right on the beach. Breakfast was a great addition and worth it. I would highly recommend and can't wait to return. The value is on par for the experience. Cheers!
