  Hotel overall is ok but need to upgrade entertainment and snack bar

  Liked: Breakfast excellent, hotel is very clean

  Disliked: No entertainment day time, no snack bar, even for a beer no nuts or crisps, chips, nearest snack need to walk 500m to shops.

  Liked: Hotel Millor Sol is a lovely hotel, beautiful pool area and a 10 minute walk to the beach. The staff are helpful and welcoming. Really good location for exploring the island and enjoying the restaurants in the resort. We would like to thank Udo on reception directly for his efforts on our behalf when informed of our problem.

  Disliked: On our arrival we were allocated a room directly across the road from a large construction site, having arrived late being awoken by construction noise was not conducive to making our stay a happy one. Our air conditioning was also not working correctly and when we inquired about changing rooms we were told we could do that but we would be charged €30.00, we felt this was unfair as the room we had been allocated on arrival was far from ideal for our holiday. We were informed that we had booked a budget room and the fee would be required for the up grade We paid the fee and were allocated the exact same room in what was a better location with views of the mountains. Having booked our stay way in advance of our vacation we felt the hotel could have made better efforts to ensure we and other guests would not be subject to problems caused by a large scale construction site directly outside our balcony. We booked bed and breakfast, although the breakfast available had plenty of choice we found a lot of the food on offer was of poor quality and opted to go out for our breakfast on numerous days.
