  Great but stinky

  Liked: Great location, very friendly staff, good breakfast, nice design

  Disliked: We booked 2 rooms for a family of 5. Our room (mine and husband’s) was great, but the kids’ room smelled really bad (like cat’s litter box). We complained about it every day, asking also for room exchange, but all that we got was maintenance visits and no solution. If it wasn’t for this, I would give this hotel a 10, but since this could really ruin one’s stay, I’m rating it only with a 6. It’s a lottery.;)

  Great food and friendly staff, but getting a pool lounger requires an early morning wait!

  Liked: Great stay! The food was delicious and had a wide variety of options every day. The hotel has a nice German orientation, and the staff speaks both German and English fluently, making communication super easy.

  Disliked: There aren't enough sunbeds around the pool, so you have to run down by 8:30 AM and wait in line until 9:00 AM just to reserve one. Also, keep in mind that, as with most hotels in Mallorca, there are no private hotel loungers on the beach

  We have been twice at this hotel and I would always strongly recommend

  Liked: Everything was great, especially the food! Great selection of everything on breakfast and dinner. We would say the dinner is really worth it and is hard to find better food for the price they are offering. Staff was very nice and attentive on all fronts.

  Disliked: The outside pool was very cold, rarely anyone went in or either tried to, however, went out immediately.

  Liked: We had a nice room with balcony for 2 nights and 3 days. I took 2 stars for the following reasons: 1. At the time I visited I was lactating and I needed to pump. The fridge they had in the room spoiled ALL my milk! Because it was not cold at all. It was almost warm (yes we checked the thermostat). That was the worse thing I experienced. Breastmilk is liquid gold and I personally struggle with my supply. I had around 20oz of milk that I carefully carried from the plane overseas and once I transferred to their fridge overnight… it went completely bad. I cried so bad and made me regret choosing this hotel. 2. The A/C was also never cool. We were sweating at night. 3. The room service didn’t provide new towels, nor refilled the vanity items. They also didn’t take the night stand garbage, that was just standing there visible. I must say that I appreciated the help of Rosa from the restaurant who accepted taking my milk and store it in their professional refrigerator to save some oz. She was very nice, professional and caring. Thank you Rosa! I hope I get to see you again. The food from the breakfast was excellent as well as the service. The staff very attentive and helpful.
