  Worst "All Inclusive" service for premium prices

  Liked: Location.

  Disliked: The hotel is clean, but outdated, and the bathroom plumbing is broken. The food is not fresh, often consisting of recycled leftovers from previous meals. However, the biggest disappointment is the staff. On my birthday, an employee named Andrea blocked our way at the restaurant exit and forbade us from taking out a single slice of cake and two glasses of beer—even though we are on an All-Inclusive plan! The reason was the glassware. She offered a plastic cup for the beer, but no solution for the cake. For us, having the proper, nice tableware was essential to take an aesthetic photo for our content in the room, and we strictly asked to take it there. Instead of finding a compromise on my birthday, she just flatly refused. We can easily buy our own cake and beer elsewhere to shoot beautiful content, but the sheer lack of hospitality is outrageous. Another issue is the guy working at the bar (who walks with a limp): he ignores greetings and always has an unpleasant attitude. The cheapest room here in July costs 195 euros per night. For this price, we received zero customer focus. Management seriously needs to retrain their team.

  Comfortable room, good facilities and nice choice for a relaxing break!

  Liked: Great location, clean rooms, excellent food with great variety, generous drink options and friendly staff.

  Disliked: For a budget holiday, this hotel is hard to criticise but it would be nice to open the terrace area for breakfast and lunch as we were asked to move inside despite breakfast still being served.

  A really nice budget stay that felt like a real value for money

  Liked: This is a brilliant hotel for a budget stay! The room and pool area were really tidy, the buffet services were varied and tasty, and going all-inclusive felt very worth the money. However, the main highlight was definitely the staff – they were so friendly and really couldn't do enough. They even kept the buffet open for me as I arrived late.

  Disliked: As many other people are saying, the hotel is a little outdated, which means the room perhaps lacked some of the things you may expect from a hotel room, like tea/coffee making facilities. But other than that, everything was pretty good!

  Liked: The receptionist hasem and another gentlemen was absolutely amazing. Joined in chats and were sooo welcoming. They were evening and night time staff. Pool and bar was amazing. Entertainment round pool was great too.
