  Disliked: Everything was excellent, but a major downside is that they don't provide any drinks with dinner—you even have to pay for water.

  Modern and spacious!

  Liked: Room was nice and clean, completely new and modern, with a big balcony and just next to the beach.

  Disliked: The open shower is not practical, the water can go to the whole bathroom making it always wet.

  Disliked: Very overpriced for what is offered; although is has a pool it’s TINY and I wouldn’t necessarily call it a pool definitely different than advertised. Did not feel like 4 stars hotel

  I was robbed by one of the cleaners

  Liked: The hotel room was modern, spacious, and impeccably clean, with a stunning sea view that made our stay even more enjoyable. The restaurant and dining facilities were excellent, offering a great selection of delicious food and a wonderful overall dining experience.

  Disliked: Unfortunately, our experience was overshadowed by a very upsetting incident. While my partner and I were having breakfast, our room was cleaned, and later that day I discovered that all of my jewellery had been taken. I didn't check my jewellery box before going to the beach, so I only realised everything was missing that evening. The jewellery was extremely sentimental to me, with deep personal meaning and irreplaceable value, and I feel the hotel should seriously consider how distressing and significant this loss is for a guest in such circumstances. When I reported the matter to reception, I felt discouraged from contacting the police. However, I believed it was important to report the incident, so I contacted the police immediately. An investigation was opened, and I am still awaiting the outcome, including any decision regarding compensation. Please see photos of police doing the forensics in our room immediately after I made the report, which shows how seriously the situation was treated. The police informed me that they were aware of other reported incidents linked to the hotel and advised that the employee in question would need to be interviewed as part of their investigation. As far as I am aware, that employee is still working at the hotel, although I understand that no action can be taken until the investigation is complete and sufficient evidence has been gathered. Based on my experience, I strongly recommend that guests either leave all valuables at home or keep them securely locked away at all times. Having all of my jewellery stolen completely ruined what should have been a relaxing holiday, and I sincerely hope no one else has to go through the same ordeal.
