The rooms are extremely small. There is no air conditioning, which is hugely disappointing considering the price we paid

Disliked: The building has extremely poor sound insulation.

  Great value

Liked: Everything, staff, location. Fridge, shower, hot water urn for tea/coffee, free use of beach towels, sun umbrellas, and books from lending library

Disliked: No air-conditioning, but i accept it would have increased the price. Stairs could be a problem if you have mobility issues.

Good stay but could have been better with a few tweaks

Liked: Location is very good and it was reasonably priced

Disliked: The rooms were too hot even with the fan supplied. Bed sheets were disintegrating possibly with the heat.

Overall enjoyed the visit, except for the 'noise' from the public house

Liked: Accommodation was excellently placed for access to shops, bars and restaurants. The beach was also nearby. The cleanliness of the room was very good.

Disliked: The position of the room directly above the public house, which had extremely loud Karaoke six nights out of seven from 10pm until midnight, followed by rowdy behaviour of the customers, was unpleasant.
