  Loved our stay at Seabreeze, this is our second stay in two years and we would definitely stay here again

  Liked: The property is modern, spacious and very clean. The location is excellent, just a two minute walk to the beach. It has all the facilities needed.

  Disliked: English channels on the tv would be good but not essential.

  Good place in Mallorca

  Liked: This place is perfect for a vacation. The rooftop terrace apartment is amazing—it might be on the pricier side, but it was definitely worth it! The sunrises and sunsets were beautifuls. Fortunately, there were no mosquitoes. The apartment is clean, spacious, and adequately equipped. However, as other reviews noted, the bed sheets are a bit small and needed to be adjusted daily. There is no Smart TV, but we didn't mind as it gave our family a chance to unplug and spend time together. The Wi-Fi worked fine for me (emails, browsing, video calls), though the kids complained it was a bit slow, but i assume if you are not gamer then will be fine:). The location is perfect (in our opinion, not noisy at all). It is very close to the beach, shops, and fast-food spots. We preferred the local restaurants and loved them: we had fantastic Paellas and Tapas at moderate prices, accompanied by surprisingly friendly service. I can't imagine better areas. The host was great, giving quick and precise instructions, also give us support in some trouble. Check-in was smooth, and we got enough sets of keys. A special thanks to the host for pre-cooling the apartment for our arrival! Getting there by car can be a bit stressful at first, but there is a temporary drop-off zone (no parking signs, but if you use properly then its ok) nearby for loading and unloading. For long-term parking, we use Carrer de Davant s'Hor (39°36'21.6"N 3°22'58.6"E) that is very convenient and we always find parking spots. It's a pleasant 5–8 minute walk to the apartment, which we actually enjoyed in the evenings. Of course, I could suggest a few extra touches to make the place fancier, but honestly, we got exactly what was promised. Plus, it doesn’t really need them—keeping it simple works perfectly. Th rules are quite strict (especially the garbages) (maybe they have bad experiences) and we saw some minor damages already, so might some problematic quests:)

  Liked: The apartment location was great, only 1 minute walk from the beach, 5 minutes from the shop. We had everything what we needed right there which saves a lot of travel time.
