  Overpriced for what it offers

  Liked: Location is good

  Disliked: Sky bar was closed, food selection at breakfast did not compare to nearby competitors, mosquitos in room. Most importantly the shuttle to the airport can't be booked until 24h before, then was full when I asked to book, leaving me with little time for alternatives.

  Liked: Great facilities, great access to the beach. The food was all right, and the staff and the animation team were amazing.

  Disliked: The bed was not a double bed. It was just two single beds put together. That is always very awkward when you are with your spouse.

  Liked: Food in general was very good. Very clean.

  Disliked: Being very specific, our bathroom was always flooded after shower, so had to put towels to dry out. Not very eco friendly. Some attention to details in the buffet: when natural yogurt run out, it was not replaced, not even in the following days. I had to ask for oats more than once because it wasn't in the buffet.

  Liked: The view and location

  Disliked: The way they give a 1 plastic cup to carry with you the whole day for everything. Like kids. We don’t drink alcohol they never replaced the coffee in the room once after cleaning, we had to ask every time. 2 lifts was out of order and we had to wait in a queue every day for the lifts. Will never go to that hotel again. Mattresses old.

  Booked one room category andreceived another. Deliberate downgrade. A disgrace for the Hyatt brand

  Liked: The only thing is the beauty of the sea, but that is not to the hotel's credit.

  Disliked: This was not simply a disappointing holiday. It was a case of paying for a higher accommodation category, not receiving it, and being completely ignored by the management of hotel when the problems were reported. Me and my husband we chose this hotel for a special 10th wedding anniversary trip, travelling to Mallorca by car and ferry all the way from Poland. It was our first journey to Mallorca. I specifically booked a SUPERIOR Double Room with Frontal Sea View. Instead, we were given room 207, where the view was completely blocked by trees and overlooked the restaurant below. What is particularly concerning is that our check-in document initially showed room 503 (the correct category) and was later manually altered with correction fluid to 207. No one cleared this with me. Furthermore, the room completely lacked the advertised amenities I paid for - there was no sea view, no coffee machine, no bathrobe, no slippers, and no iron (This didn't allow us to get our things in order, everything was wrinkled). On the very first day, I reported to reception that the room did not correspond to my booking and also reported a leaking bathroom faucet. We were told the matter would be dealt with the following day. Nothing was done, and nobody ever contacted us. The faucet continued leaking, and to make matters worse, our wristband key stopped working, forcing us to use a separate key card. Even our anniversary dinner was ruined by unprofessional staff. After I had already paid for a wine for our celebration, a restaurant manager approached our table in a very unpleasant, aggressive manner, insisting that drinks were extra and demanding we keep an open bill to pay at check-out. This public interrogation spoiled what was supposed to be a special evening.
