  A lovely and relaxing stay with friendly service, a great location and a welcoming atmosphere

  Liked: The hotel was clean, comfortable and well maintained. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the pool area was lovely and relaxing.Thw breakfast was also very good, with a nice variety of options and good quality food..The location was also convenient for exploring Cala Ratjada.

  Disliked: There was nothing major that I disliked. Overall, everything was good and met our expectations.The only minor issue was that the pillow was a little too thin for our liking. However, when we requested an extra one, the hotel staff were very helpful and provided it promptly

  It was good. All you need for a short stay. Well located

  Liked: We really liked the pool, the personal was kind, the bar with possibility of having drinks at the pool was a nice touch. The accommodation had all you need for a short stay. The Ac was really helpful as it was really warm days, fresh towels each 2 days

  Disliked: I think the cleaning service could be better. When we arrived there was a dirty glass on the toilet sink, and even after the stay over cleaning they remained there. In 7 days of staying the bed sheets was not changed.

  Good value for money

  Liked: Clean, great air con, comfortable bed, good breakfast. Pool good and bar area relaxing - staff friendly.

  Disliked: Limited equipment in the kitchen no kettle limited pots and pans no breadboard no bottle opener. Freezer too small and ineffective as needed a defrost. Tv channels limited. Chairs in room not comfortable as just outdoor unpadded utility type.

  We loved everything and would come back! If some smaller updgrades are made, this could be easily a hotel deserving more

  Liked: Very well located, close to beach and city center, clean, nice staff, tasty breakfast, beautiful view from the terrace, AC. Loved everything!

  Disliked: Although there is wifi in common spaces, you have to pay for wifi in your room. Also there are not enough umbrellas for the number of sunbeds at the pool, which would be great to have when the sun is hitting hard and could be dangerous to be directly exposed to the sun. I flagged this with the staff but they weren’t very accommodating.

  Liked: Good location, close to the beach and to the city center. Good breakfast, large room. Very good value for money

  Disliked: Only thing was a confusion with the check-in, we arrived late at night and the man at the reception told us he only needed our names and gave us the keys + information about breakfast. The next day when we were leaving the room, we were approached by a lady saying we didn't pay the city taxes. We followed her to the reception, made the payment and explained that we weren't informed about it the night before and she said everyone that arrives late has to go to the reception the next morning to do proper check-in and pay the city taxes. It was quite an embarrassing situation as it looked like we were trying to escape this payment, when we only really didn't know we were supposed to go there
