  globally horrible, left more exhausted than when I arrived

  Liked: not a lot really, was a generally bad experience

  Disliked: we went there for the beginning of our honeymoon, we contacted several times the hotel in advance to have a nice room, was ready to pay for an upgrade if needed, they never replied, they gave us the worst room (really the only one not with a sea view), next to the elavator with a view on the "parking". The hotel itself is extremely noisy, very very bad soundproofing so we heard every movement in the hallway, especially the noisy housekeeping carts at 8AM to wake us up. although they have a spa, but you cannot use it later than 7PM so if you go out and just want to use the spa for an hour, you cannot. Staff globally not helpful, there were some young guys at the reception who seemed enthousiaste, otherwise there is just a general bad vibe if you dare to ask for something. The air conditioning was very noisy, probably stayed there from the 1960s when this hotel received its 4 star rating, turned on and off all night waking me up at least 20 times a night. add to that the balcony light that was automatically turned on at 20h30 and off at 23h30 so you had no choice on when the light is turned on and off. And the "best"part is when you turned off the air conditioning, there was no ventillation, you smelled immediately the humidity and also that someone surely smoked in that room and they never washed the curtains after. Globally a very bad experience.

  Great relax near the beach in an amazing hotel

  Very good. Great place to stay. Relax

  Liked: Great place. All very good. The staff at recepcion are very nice. A great welcome. Enjoyed a fantastic weekend with my daughter and grandaughter. We Will be back again.

  Chaotic, not clean, not practical but good location

  Liked: L’emplacement face à la plage La terrasse pour prendre le petit déjeuner

  Disliked: Very dirty common areas Complete chaos at the pool ( trash + too many people) Dirty not great quality breakfast The bathroom ( I mean restroom ) is OPEN to the room: zero privacy ( just a glass door and a mirror positioned so that you can see the person sitting on the toilet from wherever in the room + noise and smells ) The bathroom where you take the shower is in front of the room door and is completely transparent/open ( so people cannot go in and out when someone is showering) We had a terrace but the table and sunbeds were very dirty + people passing in front Overall dirty and chaotic and not practical. I can understand why the staff and locals are exhausted. Staff was nice

  Great hotel, horrible neighboring hotels

  Liked: In generał it is an amazing location exactly on the beach, if you have a room with sea view - it's just an amazing view. There's great food, great staff, so in principle highly recommend. If I were to book it another time though, I would choose a room on a different side of the hotel (so without a view, but should be a bit quieter).

  Disliked: The hotel itself is very quiet, but be aware that the neighboring hotel has live music every evening, and it's exactly opposite Na Forana, so you hear that music until 11 pm. Also occasionally there are parties on the beach in early morning/night. If you are a light sleeper I would recommend booking a room without sea view (on the opposite side) - it should be quieter.
