Really enjoyed it
Liked: Well situated
Disliked: They advertise the rooftop pool on the website but when you arrive they tell you it's restricted and additional charges apply. Slightly dated.
Excellent

Disliked: Internet could be better
Hospitality from staff made the trip one to remember
Liked: Staff are exceptional and facilities and location are great
Pleasant
Liked: Staff at the reception very professional and informative.
Disliked: Food in a 5* hotel should be fresh, such shortcuts are unacceptable. Private discussions at the entrance of the restaurant with the guests while others are waiting in a queue for dinner is a bit peculiar.
