  Really enjoyable and unexpected upgrade!

Liked: Super clean, very friendly staff, beautiful hotel grounds, breakfast plenty of choice and good quality, got an upgrade to a Junior Suite, which was of course very sweet!

Disliked: The room had a bit of a damp smell, the outside of the walls looked a bit dated, too.

Liked: The hotel and spa were absolutely beautiful, the facilities are great and the atmosphere is lovely and relaxing. Our roof also had a small issue with a leak and this was resolved very quickly by management and the maintenance team who were so helpful and friendly.

Disliked: A small issue but it would be much easier to get towels for the spa at the spa itself rather than walking across to reception. Again, not a big problem but it would be a lot more convenient to get it from the spa.

Liked: Good breakfast, beautiful well kept gardens, just like being in the tropics. It's a hotel with a colonial air to it, a little dated but nonetheless the suite was perfect, well maintained and had evrything we needed.

Disliked: It is very much a resort for Germans, it's a pity it wasn't more international
