Serious blunders with no compensation or apology. It's truly outrageous!

Liked: The location and setting of the hotel were good. Overall, the rating would be higher if it weren't for some serious incidents. More on that below!

Disliked: We booked 3 rooms for 6 people through booking.com for exactly the same one-week period. Upon arrival, only 2 rooms were available. The third room wasn’t available until 2 days later. The hotel claimed that the booking was supposedly entered differently in their own system. Given the confirmation from booking.com, this is clearly just an excuse. Did we receive a discount or an apology? NO! Did they respond to my email? Not to this day! To make matters worse, the air conditioning in one of the rooms broke down and stayed that way for several days. Despite multiple complaints, it took days for it to be repaired. The room was so hot in the middle of summer that it was impossible to sleep in it. An apology? Compensation? Of course not! A real outrage!
