  A perfect villa in an amazing location, with everything we needed and the warmest, most helpful host

  Liked: This was one of the best places I have ever had the pleasure of renting. The house was perfectly prepared, and from the very beginning, we had everything we needed. As a lovely welcome gesture, the host left us a bottle of delicious chilled wine, as well as sparkling and still water. She explained how everything worked and where to find everything. From day one, we were able to enjoy the pool, the beautifully furnished terrace, and the fully equipped kitchen. The villa is located very close to Cala Mesquida Beach (only about a five-minute walk). It is probably one of the best beaches on the island: long and clean, with beautiful sunrises, fine soft sand, and a gentle slope into the sea. The Villa's driveway has space for two or even three cars, so there was never any problem parking or leaving the cars overnight. Our host, Katia, was also incredibly helpful with all the information we needed during our stay. She recommended great local places and even provided beach equipment, so we did not have to buy any ourselves. I have never experienced such hospitality and warmth before. Thank you so much, Katia. We are very happy that we chose to spend our holiday at your wonderful villa.

  Disliked: That we stayed just for a week. I would love to stay for the whole month or two!:)

  Perfect stay at the best beach in Mallorca

  Liked: We visited Cala Mesquida as a couple more than ten years ago, and returning now as a family of four—with two teenagers—felt wonderfully nostalgic. This time, we were lucky to stay a whole week at the beautiful Villa del Mar, hosted by Katia. Katia welcomed us with great flexibility, as we arrived earlier than expected from another part of Mallorca. She greeted us with thoughtful Mallorcan and Spanish treats, including biscuits, nuts, honey, and a lovely bottle of high‑quality olive oil. The house itself is a charming villa with a gorgeous outdoor area, where the swimming pool naturally becomes the heart of the stay. Its location is ideal—just a pleasant 10‑minute stroll to Cala Mesquida—making it easy for us to enjoy the beach twice a day, with relaxing breaks by the pool for lunch, barbecues, and a bit of rest. Cala Mesquida is also conveniently close to Cala Rajada, where you’ll find plenty of bars and restaurants for the occasional dinner out. Arta is nearby as well, and Alcudia along with other beautiful spots on Mallorca’s northern coast are just a short drive away. The house is extremely well equipped with everything you might need. There is air conditioning in all bedrooms and the living room, a spacious laundry room, and plenty of beach gear (we even left behind what we bought for future guests). The kitchen is impressively stocked—from sparkling wine stoppers to two types of coffee machines (Nespresso and filtered), and two barbecues (gas and charcoal). Check‑out was just as smooth and flexible. We had an early flight, and coordinating with Katia was effortless—she was always available on WhatsApp. Our whole family truly loved Villa del Mar, and we hope to return again soon.

  Superb villa, with a close proximity to the beach!

  Liked: Great space over 2 floors. Swimming pool is gated for the little guests which is perfect. Villa has everything you need for a perfect stay. There are even beach accessories (sand toys, chairs and umbrella).

  Disliked: You do need a car to drive to the nearest restaurants, but for us wasn’t a problem.

  Beautiful part of the island lovely beech with a beech bar, the house has everything you need

  Liked: The location is perfect for the beech, and local shops. if you have a car then there are several supermarkets less than 10 mins away.

  Disliked: everything you could ask for, if you have young children i asked if they could provide a couple of plastic plates.

  Liked: We spent in this house a week in winter. The house is fully equipped and comfortable. Katia was very helpful. She bought us tasty breakfast for the first morning and gave us many tips for trips in the neighborhood. We spent wonderful holiday there.
