  top for families

  Liked: excellent for families. So much to do! I loved the animators and the pools. The beach was really close and nice. I loved the food too. It was a bit expensive but I am happy to pay for great service

  Unfortunately, out of all the hotels I stayed at in Mallorca, this one was the most disappointing

  Liked: On the plus side, it is very family-friendly (very nice children animations!) and has a great location right by a beautiful little bay. The hotel is built on several levels, which gives it a nice layout and views. Breakfast was also quite good.

  Disliked: However, during the summer season the hotel gets extremely crowded, and the pools are simply too small for the number of guests. The food at the pool bar was rather poor, and the coffee wasn’t good either. The biggest disappointment was the room, especially considering the price. Ours was dark, smelled damp and clearly hadn’t been renovated for a long time. During our stay, because of the high humidity in the room, the flooring in the living room actually started to lift after cleaning. It was quite obvious that there was a lot of moisture underneath the floor. I reported the issue to the staff, and we were offered one dinner as compensation. Overall, the location is lovely and it works well for families with children, but in my opinion the standard of the rooms and some of the facilities simply don’t match the price.
