  We preferred to leave early and lose our money rather than stay another night

  Disliked: I understand that this is a basic hotel, and I wasn’t expecting luxury, just a room in decent condition. However, there is a big difference between basic accommodation and an unhealthy room with a strong smell of mold. The room clearly needs renovation and should not be offered to guests in its current condition. We booked two nights but barely managed to get through the first one. We decided to move to another hotel for the second night, even though it meant losing the money we had already paid. In the end, it was definitely the best decision.

  Liked: We had a wonderful stay! This is our third time staying at this hotel, and we love coming back. The breakfasts are excellent, the staff are amazing, and everything was great as always. We highly recommend this hotel and look forward to returning again!

  Disliked: We have always had wonderful experiences at this hotel, but unfortunately, this time we had a very unpleasant incident with a young receptionist. He initially delayed returning our €10 deposit for the hairdryer and later tried to charge me €10 for the spa, which I had only briefly looked around for a few minutes before closing and had not actually used. I even offered to have the CCTV checked to confirm this. It was disappointing and left a bad impression, especially because our previous stays had been excellent and the staff had always been friendly and helpful.
