Extremely disappointing and not worth booking
Liked: Nothing about the property, the only good thing was the location and proximity to the beach
Disliked: Everything, the property was not clean and a lot of things were broken. There was a split in the headboard and some cupboards were broken and didn’t line up. The toilet seat had cracks in it and the receptionist tired to tell me it was dust, as you can see in the pictures it is sharp and would cut you if you sat down. Regardless of if it is dust, that’s also admitting that the property is not clean and has not been cleaned. There is no privacy between the other apartments in the kitchen, on the balcony and in the living room. The hallways were dark and dingy when entering the building. The sofa felt waxy and had greasy residue on it as though it had not been cleaned. The pool was green and was also only able to be used for about 6 weeks out of the year which we were not told. The staff were passive aggressive and not very helpful when we brought this to their attention. They offered to move us to another apartment of the same standard which did not match the pictures and was not as advertised at all. Extremely disappointing, uncomfortable and unclean and we couldn’t stay there. We checked out within the hour and they refused to refund the money spent on a property that was not as advertised!
