Liked: Juan is a marvelous person and the apartment is perfect with everything needed. The location is perfect and having dinner in the balcony with the view over the sea is a game changer.
Disliked: The elevator is not present in the house so it can be too harsh for an old person but it is written in the announcement. The street every Friday is no parking zone but Juan has posted it in the apartment and the garage is always available.

Liked: The balcony, the friendly staff, it has enough facilities available (washing machine, dishwasher, iron machine, big TV), close to the beach, the size of the apartment.
