Liked: Nice apartment in lovely location Easy access, restaurants and ameneties in the neighbourhood

Fine for summer, very close to the beach
Liked: The host, Irina, was very friendly and helpful, her colleague that gave us the keys was also friendly. The place is well situated close to the beach. Parking in the winter months was very good, street parking all around, even for us with a 6m van it was no issue. We were given a bottle of red wine upon arrival that is always appreciated
Disliked: The place was not very clean, the facilities were outdated and honestly not very pleasant. The apartment is basically a cheap 2 room from the 70's-80's that hasn't been touched, the only thing that was new-ish was the bathroom, but this one smelled quite bad and the shower has not been cleaned properly in years it seemed, it just all smelled of mould/mildew. We were told that the power capacity wouldn't allow for the heating to be on in two rooms at a time, and this was correct, the windows and isolation were terrible so it was very cold inside, and if we put the heating on in the bedroom and living-room the power would cut off and we would have to reset it. This meant also that no heating at the same time as using kitchen appliances, or even just the cooker on two elements would trip the fuse, also no heating after showering since the boiler took some time to heat up again. The oven was so dirty and full of old burnt food we couldn't use it with out stinking up the apartment, sound isolation from the neighbors was non-existent, we could hear all of her conversations unfortunately. We just felt that it was a cheap investment apartment that is maintained as little as possible, and probably in summer months, when all you do there is sleep, you don't try and cook anything or care for the state of the place its probably fine. Just unfortunately we were there during the winter months.

Disliked: The property is near the ocean which is great. Other than that, I don’t have anything positive to say. The property has not been maintained at all. Nor do they care. I tried making dinner and do laundry at the same time. The fuse kept blowing and electricity kept turning off. After the 4th time I contacted them. Turns out they knew of this problem. It would have been nice to be informed about this. There’s barely any hot water. After one do my children showered, there was no hot water left for the rest of us. Even after hours we still didn’t have much hot water. The pans have scratches on them. All of them. The drawers are full of pieces of food. The cabinets are dirty. At 23 (11pm) someone rang the doorbell. Lots of noise. You hear all the neighbors all the time! It was not worth the money to stay here. I do not recommend. Also they messaged me twice asking me to write good reviews. Very dishonest. Makes me wonder if everyone else who wrote a review was being honest or not. I doubt they were.
Liked: Great apartment close to the beach. The balcony, beds, and kitchen — everything was perfect. I highly recommend this place.

Liked: Excellent apartment, if you want to relax, then this is the place for you! It is not noisy here, and the sea is very close. In terms of price-comfort ratio, the best offer!
W.O.N.D.E.R.F.U.L
Liked: Absolutely everything! As much the quality of the equipment as the furnishings as well as the neighbors, everything was exceptional. The host shows you around and really explains everything. After several hours of driving it is pleasant to find the minimum in the apartment in order to rest before going to get supplies at the store which are really not far by car. The apartment is located 2 minutes walk from the sea. I recommend +++ this apartment and this host who helped us when we unintentionally lost the keys to the apartment after finding them, he saved us!! BIG THANK YOU.
