  Quiet but no in the best conditions

  Disliked: it not corresponts that the imatges posted in the web, is smaller and didn’t tell that is a one flat at not a a flat with tho heights, isn’t fit in the conditions. When my i get in a window was broken, the toilet lose water and do a very noise sound, and the flat has not clean.

  Liked: We booked a completely different apartment, but upon arrival, we were given Apartment G, Carrer de David de Mas 8, Segur de Calafell. This was not what we booked – the unit had a foul odor, dirty surfaces, broken furniture, and mold-like stains on the walls. My wife felt sick from the smell. Staff refused relocation or refund, denied the smell, and claimed it was “not toxic”. This is unacceptable, especially when traveling with family. We have photo evidence and proof that the apartment given was not the one advertised. This property engages in bait-and-switch practices and ignores health and safety concerns. Avoid this property and book elsewhere.

  VERY DANGREOUS:burgled/robbed through night while sleeping

  Liked: BE SERIOUSLY AWARE: we were robbed through the night. Please Do not stay at this property. We stayed here for 1 night on route to uk. It’s not what it looks in pictures but that wasn’t really the issue. We are a family of 4 with young kids. We went to sleep at around 1am and woke up at 4am to realise we were burgled/robbed whilst asleep.our laptop,cash and other stuff all gone. The cash was on my bedside table in my room so they come right next to me.im more happy that they didn’t harm the children. The police attended and are checking forensics and cctv. When speaking to other residents I found out this isn’t the first time and In reviews people been robbed before. Do not use unless you want to get robbed. I will be trying to upload the police report for everyone’s info. Drawers were all opened and bags were emptied after being taken downstairs and exited via kitchen back door which has a flimsy lock.

  Disliked: Do not use unless you want to get robbed when you are in bed. I’m not sure if they had keys or broke in through the patio door but they definitely know the building and have done this before. BE SERIOUSLY AWARE.
