  Location is great and the apartment is really nice

  Liked: Location is excellent and the town itself is very nice, it's very calm and relaxing. We liked that there's a free parking with the roof just behind the building.

  Bright, clean, safe apartment by the sea

  Liked: The apartment is bright, clean, safe and close to the sea as shown in the photos. The beach is just amazing. The host's husband met us with the keys. There was a bottle of water and two beers in the fridge, a nice touch. The bed and sofa bed are comfortable. The shower is brilliant. There is a big balcony and there are loungers on it. The balcony is west facing and gets sun in the afternoon. We travelled from Barcelona airport by metro and train. Tip - at the airport, buy your ticket from the office guy. You can buy a return ticket at the airport which covers the airport journey and the journey to Calafell for 13e total. The machines kept rejecting cards for many customers and then it ate a 50 e note. Just to let you know, the easiest route we found was to Barcelona Sants by metro and then transfer to train, all within the same station. The train to take is the one to St Vincenc de Calders. It took an hour and 20 minutes. We got a taxi from the station to the apartment and it was 13e. It is not walking distance with luggage. I rented a bike from Ciclesport and it was good. The promenade goes on for miles and miles. The Ciutadella is interesting. No public transport to it. The Pau Casals museum in Sant Salvador (the next village) is interesting. There are dune regeneration areas at the end of the promenade towards Sant Salvador, and also in Cubelles. The nearest supermarket is Caprabo, you need to walk over the flyover bridge to get to it. The restaurant Ca Emma is excellent. The following points are relevant if there are mobility issues: There is a lift in the apartment block, and there are 8 steps up to it. The nearest restaurants and shops are a 15-20 minute walk away. There are no local buses going up and down the seafront. In fact, we never saw local buses at all for the week.

  Disliked: Another small pot with a lid on it would be useful for cooking.

  We really enjoyed the holidays

  Liked: The apartment is very bright, big terrace with dining table, located in a great, quiet location by a delightful beach. Everything was clean, in apartment has everything you need. There are some small shops nearby (about 10 min walk) with food and other necessities, but to go to the supermarket you definitely need a car. Private parking is a big plus for the apartment

  What a location

  Liked: Fabulous location, quiet area with a gorgeous beach at the end of the road. Parking was easy and the apartment was very comforatable with a great bed and large balcony.

  Disliked: There were some maintenance issues which I messaged Yolanda about and she is going to sort them.

  Great

  Liked: Everything. The apartment is comfortable, nice location near the beach and has a beautiful and spacious terrace. It's in a residential building with a parking. The hosts provide a parking spot which is included in the price in case you have a car. It's a neat place to enjoy for your holiday.

  Disliked: I only would recommend if they could arrange at least one cleaning for the longer stays.
