Fabulous
Liked: Its overall amazing hotel, super accomodating, staff are extremely, nice, helpful, professional, accommodating everywhere, in restaurant, room service, reception, bar everywhere, its amazing and rooms are very good, toilets are clean, very organized overall, and food is amazing

Clean, modern, good location but apathetic staff
Liked: The hotel is clean, beautifully designed, and ideally located on the beach, with stunning views. The town itself is quiet, and the train connection to Barcelona was less convenient than expected. The food is good but not outstanding. There is plenty of variety, though dishes were sometimes overcooked and under-seasoned. The food court staff, however, were excellent: helpful, fast, and hardworking. Special thanks to Andrada. The gym was well equipped. The rooms where spacious with lovely balcony, noise pollution was minimal. We enjoyed our stay and would recommend the hotel for its location and facilities, but because of how this issue was handled, we will not be returning.
Disliked: Frequent service interruptions made day trips to Barcelona and Sitges difficult. Our main issue was the reception. We booked a double room with two separate beds, and the hotel confirmed this in writing. When we arrived late in the evening, the room did not have two beds. Resolving this took three days of back and forth with the reception, and only after we mentioned contacting Booking.com were we offered a room change the following day. In effect, we lost two days of our vacation. We needed separate beds for health reasons. What stood out most was that no one ever apologised. Mistakes happen, and we are easy-going guests, but not receiving a single acknowledgement of the error was disappointing, and the worst customer service I have experienced in a hotel. Most reception staff also spoke little English, which I would expect from a four-star hotel. Throughout our stay, the team seemed unhappy to be there, with the exception of Anna. As the first point of contact, they shape guests’ impression of the hotel. There is music on all the time, everywhere. Like lounge music but still, sometimes was annoying.
Almost perfect
Liked: New hotel at the beach. Nice location, plenty of good food and very friendly staff(especially the romanian girl from the bar). For the next BCN trip we will choose the same hotel.
It was mostly perfect. The location, cleanliness and many places tonsit and visit with friends
Liked: It was very clean and beautiful. Love the location right across from the beach. I could open my patio doors and hear the ocean.

In summary a great location but better off finding somewhere else to stay
Liked: In essence a 'package holiday hotel' primarily utilised by Jer2.com clients from what we could make out. So the good bits, clean modern hotel with a choice of swimming pools & literally across the road from the beach. (Road very quiet) Selection of restaurants within the hotel did not use apart from taking a drink/snack at the beach one.
Disliked: The not so good bits: Breakfast - looked like a great selection providing both European style breakfast offerings to the traditional English. Unfortunately, we chose the traditional English - which was cold! Tried to point this out to the staff - not interested. The adult pool floor 6 - could be really nice but over-crowded, a tad smelly near the shower area / toilets (needed a good clean) the pool is for lazing around in & not swimming. Additionally, many towels were placed over-sunbeds (this was at 1700hrs) but no people using them! Car parking - on booking I emailed the hotel to request on-site car parking. I was told yes we can reserve & its 20 euro per night. Then 24 hours after paying in advance as per Booking.coms requirements was told sorry no parking available! Telephoned to understand & was told not now available, park on the road. As this location is so close to the local beach, parking is nearby is a challenge. The lifts - be prepared to use the stairs - lifts are way too small & infrequent! Staff - apart from one chap covering reception early evening Saturday most were miserable & lacking in basic customer service. Please note Camarruga is Blackpool with sun!
