Great stay we are happy as we got even more than why we got it for
Liked: Wonderful stay, clean, views of the sea. We got upgraded to a see view suite for free. Great service and reception and even helped up with luggage. I was travelling with my dog and he got treated exceptionally as well. Our arrival to Barcelona was delayed and this was overnight option only 45 minutes from Barcelona. And the breakfast was decent, book it into the price of the room though as at the hotel it’s more expensive. Awesome Stay! Would use it every time out of Barcelona.
Disliked: One was room was not up to our standards as it smelled bad but we got changed into another one with an ungrade.
Worst Experience ever
Liked: Absolutely unacceptable. This hotel is, without exaggeration, one of the worst hotel experiences I have ever had. There was mold everywhere, the shower was broken, meaning I could not even shower on my first day, I could not move rooms sinds they were booked and the bed had disgusting stains on the pillow. The room was dirty, with holes in the walls, and the air conditioning made so much noise that you had to turn it off just to have some peace, leaving you sitting in the heat. What made the experience even worse was the complete lack of accountability from management. After I sent an email about these problems, there was zero ownership, zero empathy, and not even a basic apology. That says a lot about how little they seem to care about their guests. This was not a minor inconvenience or a slightly disappointing stay. The basic standards of cleanliness, maintenance, and customer service were simply not met. DO NOT BOOK THIS HOTEL. Save your money, your time, and your sanity. I would never stay here again.

Liked: Everything, it was perfectly placed just off the beach. Fantastic staff, went àbove and beyond to make us welcome and help us after a minor administrative issue. Small but refreshing pool. Nice bar. Lovely sea view from 5th floor.
Disliked: Nothing, it was perfect for our overnight stop.
