Fabulous
Liked: Beautiful property, fantastic location on the beach, nice restaurants, facilities and staff.
Disliked: Had an issue at check in that the photo didn’t represent one of the rooms we reserved but the front desk team was understanding and able to help give reasonable options. Front desk also helped to extend the stay when an issue extending though booking.com. Lastly-would love to see more energy conservation: the large windows to the halls for the rooms are beautiful and allow for great views but it’s quite hot in the hallways then rooms cranked up AC. Can’t shades or light reflecting film be put on?

Disliked: Pool should be redone or shut asap, very limited vegeterian options. Some of the options in restaurant isnt properly done.

Great hotel, great for meetings and leisure
Liked: A really good hotel. The location is good, the hotel is great to look at and well laid out. The breakfast buffet and terrace is a great experience every day. Dinner was great. The staff were helpful. The gym is very good. The beach bar service could be quicker and a bit more shaded loungers in the pool area and beach would be the only things I would change.
Not a 5 Star Resort
Liked: Let me be clear: this is NOT a 5 star resort. There is no 5 star service and the rooms are no where near 5 star. We are here now. Out toilet is cracked and toilet paper holder is broken and hanging off sideways. They knew we were a family of 4. My kids were supposed to sleep on a pull out bed that was not prepared for them. When we opened the pull out, there were no bed linens. I had to call the front desk to request bedding. Someone brings them up and hands them to me and walks away. No one prepared the bed. We then go in the bathroom and there are 2 towels for 4 people. We again call down and have to ask for more towels. The AC is minimal and can not be adjusted. The service at all restaurants and bars is quite slow and the servers are aloof and in no rush to assist.
