  Perfect location. Good worth value

  Liked: Location is perfect. Apartment neat and clean. Well equiped. Nice rooms size. I liked the acess system.

  Disliked: There was no ketle, but there was a coffe machine instead. The one you use capsules.

  The flat looks lovely but main amenities are outdated/poorly functioning

  Liked: Location of property is amazing! So close to beach and the balcony was spacious, living room cosy. Plenty of space

  Disliked: No air con. Ventilation is not enough for the heat that is outside. Keeping windows open at night is not an option due to noise from outside and mosquitoes. The hair drier is not working. The floors were not clean upon my arrival. I swiped floor and it was with dust and dark curly hair. Also the cooker in kitchen is dangerous - it’s operated by bottled gas and something is wrong- smell was too strong and flame was burning very dangerous. Have contacted the management company and Booking too.

  Good for short stay

  Liked: The location is convenient, not that far away from the beach, there're restaurants, bakeries and supermarkets in 5 mins walk. The big free parking near the train lines is also at 5 mins walk. The apartment is big, has a nice veranda and fully equipped kitchen.

  Disliked: Some bedrooms and the 2nd bathroom may be locked based on the number of people you choose, which is strange. Also, the property collects tourist fees and a deposit outside of booking.com's system and that feels a little shady. The furniture is basic and the cleanlinesses could be improved. The bathrooms doesn't have drainage outside the bathing area, which is always a big issue. Please mind that none of the 5 rooms has AC, if you're coming in the summer you probably should avoid the place. You need data connection to enter the building.

  We have a lovely stay, but would have liked to see the kitchen and bathroom hardware in better shape

  Liked: Great location, responsive hosts via WhatsApp (and flexible), very easy self check-in process

  Disliked: It could have been cleaner, including the floors and cupboards in the kitchen and bathroom; kitchen utensils and cooking equipment were in a state of disrepair/overuse, and the gas stove setup was not reliable; the shower in the main bathroom lacked a sealed water barrier (allowing water to spray all over the floor)

  For one night ok, for a longer holiday find another apartment

  Liked: We bought our accommodation at the last minute because we were robbed on the highway a short distance from here on Repsol, and we neede to be near the Police station. The host responded and sent everything we needed to check in.

  Disliked: Complicated check-in and a 50€ security deposit in case of property destruction. I felt like I was in a game of Fort Boyard when unlocking the rooms. There is no air conditioning, just fans. The bathroom with a shower is small, the one with a bathtub on the other hand doesn't have a shower screen all the way to the bathtub so there is water all over the bathroom. You can use the kitchen, but if you don't clean it up and take out the garbage, you will be charged. That's a practice you're used to on Airbnb, not Booking.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Our customer service hours are Monday to Friday from 10:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. Which means that the reservations out of this times or for weekends will be contacted through the day or night by the accommodation in order to settle all the matters related to the booking. But it is really important to have excellent communication with the property in order to avoid any possible inconvenience.

Before your arrival, a 50 euros deposit will be required for any breaches of the establishment's rules.

As established by the law on tourist accommodation, we will charge you the tourist tax of 2,00 euros per person per night.

Access to the rooms is based on the number of guests, and additional charges will apply for extra rooms.

If you use the kitchen and dining room, you must leave the dishes and kitchen utensils clean and in their place, as well as take away the trash on the last day (extra cleaning charges will apply otherwise).

We offer private parking in the same building for an additional charge of 10 euros per night. Parking must be reserved before arrival.

IMPORTANT: The reservation PAYMENT must be made through the payment gateway link that we will send via email/WhatsApp.Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation.
