Great apartment to spend hot summer days at a beach town

Liked: Great location, in the middle of everything. A block from the beach. Comfortable apartment with everything we needed. Carles was very helpful and on top off things.

  Disliked: Nothing

Great place, close to the beach, normally very quiet

Liked: Easy access to the beach and restaurants around the place. We were worried about the parking as it isn't possible to drive all the way into the apartment. But we parked at the lot next to Mercadona which is only 5 minutes away. Fortunately the parking was free for now but it looks like they will start charging soon coming into tourist/summer season. I don't think it costs too much to park there anyway. The host (real estate office) is just around the corner and very friendly. There is a washing machine and full kitchen but we didn't use it.

Disliked: There were obras/works happening in the building and in the neighborhood so it was a bit noisy. We had the window open in the morning so we heard the construction nearby. Without this I think it would be very quiet here. There are a few little items to consider if it matters. The television is small but we didn't use it. There are no towel bars in the bathrooms. There was soap at the sinks but no shampoo, etc. in the showers.

Clean, new, well located apartment with helpful and responsive staff

Liked: Excellent location - close to the beach, smooth check in and check out. Helpful and responsive staff.

Disliked: I am sorry to say, but pots and pans are few (had to use huge pan just to boil a few eggs) and in a very bad condition, totally not fitting with the rest of the equipment and the apartment in general.
