  Fun, laid back town, with some hidden restaurants that a worth hunting for!

  Liked: Location great, close to bars, restaurants, beach and train station.

  Disliked: Very basic apartment that didn’t meet our expectations. The biggest disappointment was the lack of air conditioning, which I never thought I’d need to check when booking accommodation in a hot country in 2026. Oddly, the apartment had around 12 blankets and even a fan heater, but not a single fan. We paid extra for a sea view, but it was completely blocked by large trees, so I’m not sure why this was advertised. We then had to pay an extra £13.50 per day to hire a portable air conditioning unit, which wasn’t adequate for a three-bedroom apartment. It also required the window to be left open as no window seal or guard was provided. The check-in process was stressful. The day before arrival, I had to call four times and send multiple messages just to arrange access while travelling from another country. Communication from reception was poor, with conflicting information given over the phone and by message. We only booked this apartment because we needed three bedrooms, but one room was so small it was little more than a broom cupboard with a single bed. I’ve stayed in much better accommodation in Spain for much less money. Overall, I wouldn’t stay here again, although thankfully we spent most of our holiday at the beach.

  Uncomfortable and had to call to get check in link which did not work yo pay tax and bail

  Disliked: Checking in was terrible. The place looked nothing like the photos on listing. They sent me an email to check in but no link. Had to send a request for link to check in. When I tried to check in it took forever and I had to pay a “bail” and “tax”. When I tried to pay it rejected every card I had multiple times. I had to call the next day and give information over the phone because the link didn’t work. The address listed on the site is to the main office so don’t use the website to locate apartment. Since we were arriving after hours we had to send a couple of requests to get key to get into place. But you pick up the key at one place and have to walk about half mile to the apartment and then look for entrance. The door was difficult to open. Once we entered we found that someone had smashed a bug on the door and left it. Same with one on bedroom wall. Sheets and pillowcases were dirty. Couch was very uncomfortable and you could feel all the metal bars. Beds were just cots put together. The place looked nothing like the pictures on the listing page. No A/C, which was expected, and no fan. List of thing to do when leaving including taking out trash and if not done you will be charged.
