Lovely hotel, let down by catering staff

Liked: Beautiful historical building Good location in city centre with adjacent parking.

Disliked: Unfortunately we had a room overlooking untidy and dirty courtyard which needed attention. Unpleasant attitude of restaurant staff when we had to return dreadful meal which wasn't ordered. Pork dish which was purely skin and bone, no meat. During breakfast extremely loud clattering of dishes in cafe when staff were washing up.

Stay in a museum in the heart of the old town

Liked: It was very interesting, a bit eerie, very old building, with moderate facilities, for me it was like staying in a museum. Parking was free and right next to the building, the location was very central, right on Plaza Espana in the old town. The bed and the bathroom were clean, the AC was working well, there was internet. The reception was great.

Disliked: Cobwebs on the ceiling, some missing/ broken tiles in the bathroom, the general feeling that everything is old and getting older.

A very pleasant hotel with helpful staff

Liked: A very authentic hotel steeped in history with a wonderful museum within. Nice and centrally located in Catalayud with free parking adjacent to the building. Very helpful staff.

Disliked: WE felt that the breakfast could have had a little more variety in it and we were limited to 2 items. Having said that we are not big breakfast eaters. The juices and coffee were fine.
