4 star hotel only on the outside

Liked: Location, outside of the hotel is definitely a 4star look, once through the door it becomes a 2 star

Disliked: Interior is tatty, the bedroom and shower were of a 2 star hotel, ivevstayed in better 1 star hotels, the bed was so small my feet were hanging over the edge it was a double or smaller, we couldn't believe it when we walked in, the room was small, definitely not a 4 star hotel based on the bedroom and Interior of the hotel. We stopped here 7 years ago and it's gone down hill. The room hadn't been cleaned properly, there was a empty bottle in the corner near the curtain
