  Liked: A fantastic place to stay! It is a completely separate holiday apartment on the 10th floor (with an elevator, of course). The view from the balcony—which is spacious enough for two people—is superb and extends all the way to the sea; a sun blind is provided. The apartment has air conditioning, though we rarely needed it thanks to the unit's favorable position relative to the sun. The apartment is spacious and well-equipped with everything you need, including kitchenware, spices, and a washing machine. A slightly larger cooking pot was missing initially, but one has since been added;-) While parking right in front of the building is rarely possible, you can always find a spot a short walk away. Fast, reliable Wi-Fi is included. Our host, Mauro, was always available to answer questions—even before we arrived—responding very quickly and showing great care. He was consistently friendly and helpful—something you don't often find. All in all, I would recommend this place 100%; there is absolutely nothing to complain about. Many thanks for everything.:-)

  Wonderful apartment close to the sea

  Liked: Mauro's place is wonderful! I can't wait to come back! If you are looking for something fancy and modern in the tourist area, this is probably not for you. But if you prefer to be in a beautiful, quiet, comfortable apartment, where you are close to the best and least crowded beaches in the area and near the local community, then this is your spot. The apartment is bigger than the pictures, with everything 1 or 2 travelers need to enjoy a short or long stay. Highlights: - Amazing balcony with sea view, shade, and evening lights. - Comfy bed (and comfy sofa bed for extra person) - Great air conditioner - Beach umbrellas and boogie board! - Pepe's Cafe and Can Sito market Highly recommend!

  If you are accompanied by a pet or driving there, think twice

  Liked: It’s a nice and bright studio that has everything you need, and I really mean everything. The balcony has a nice view of the sea. The bed was comfortable and the place is clean. Location wise-fairly close to the beach but with a 15-20 min walk for restaurants and cafes.

  Disliked: If you are driving, parking is a big problem. It’s presented as “ free parking “ but parking on a street that has many highrise buildings is torture especially when you have a lot of luggage. In the evening you have to go 5-7 min further away to be able to park. If you are accompanied by a pet, the owner expects you to pay 10 € per day. The owner says that hotels charge 15 € so he feels entitled to it, ignoring the fact that does not provide you with those services ( like daily cleaning). If you intend a longer vacation ( like 7-10 days), that’s a 70-100 € extra on top of the tourist fee of 2€/person/night.

  Liked: It met all my expectations. It is in a very calm neighborhood; it is near the beach and also the downtown. The flat has everything: TV, spectacular balcony, the kitchen has it all commodities. The bed really comfortable and the shower the perfect pressure and temperature. The flat itself made my holidays even better.

  Disliked: Nothing. All was great.

  Beyond my wildest expectations

  Liked: I can not say enough good about the apartment or the owner. Both well exceeded any expectations i had. This was, by far, the most enjoyable experience i have had at any rental property on this site.

  Disliked: I did not like the fact that i did not rent it for a longer stay.

  Beautiful cosy apartment

  Liked: Absolutely adorable cosy apartment with everything you need, lots of storage and the bed and sofa are extremely comfortable. All the little extras make it such a homely stay. The terrace and views are beautiful The host Mauro was a delight, so helpful and responsive... highly recommend
