Will not return to this property
Liked: The food was included and the restaurant staff were courteous and helpful.
Disliked: The front desk were not helpful, they are not empathetic nor considerate. The air conditioning stopped working making the room uncomfortable and with a terrible musty smell. The bathroom had issues with the water. The hotel staff did not fix the problem. The hotel does not smell clean.

Came to Calella for the Ironman contest unfortunately that didn’t happen due to the weather

Liked: It is located relatively near the beach-5 minutes of walking; cafes, shops and markets are also close to the hotel. Rail station is in about 15-20 mins of walking, Barcelona in 1 hour if going by train. Everyday the rooms are being cleaned and towels changed; breakfast was ok.
Liked: The check-in was terrible with the lady very aggressive and not collaborative.
Disliked: Check-in, AC, internet
