Liked: Has access to the beach
Disliked: On the day of our stay the host told us the air condition just got broken the day before only after we arrived and asked him, however seeing the reviews here we saw that it had been broken for a longer time, during the previous guest stay. We also saw in one of the reviews that a guest gold chain was stolen inside the apartment while she wasn’t there, that made us feel very insecure during our stay, foremost seeing the answer of the host, making the guest responsible for leaving her belongings there. The front yard was full of dog’s poop, and the owner of the apartment below was a heavy smoker, since we had to have the windows open because of the lack of air conditioning, the smell was unbearable. We were not able to use the balcony as we would have liked due to the constant smell of smoke & dog’s poop. Take into account the main road is quite noisy, more so with open windows. The bed is a very thin mattress in which you sink down Overall we didn’t have a comfortable stay.

Liked: The view of the sea from the apartment and the proximity to the beach was great. The bed is big and has a sturdy mattress. Big balcony. Train station within 10 min walk.
Disliked: I had filtered for 'air conditioning' in my search for accommodation on Booking.com and this apartment has no air conditioning. The roads are dangerous to travel on for pedestrians.... no footpaths for most of our journey to the town.
We had a lovely holiday in Sant Pol de Mar. The apartment was clean, comfortable and well located
Liked: The sea view and the easy walk into the centre of Sant Pol de Mar made this an ideal location for.
Disliked: The apartment was very comfortable. One small issue was that the shower tended to overflow.
Liked: The apartment was really good. All necessary things were available and even more. Close to the sea. We enjoyed staying here.
