  Grumpy barman

  Liked: Location to the train station and 3 minutes to the coach stop for the airport. The reception staff were very helpful couldn't do enough to help

  Disliked: On arriving late evening all we wanted to do was chill after a busy day out.realised that no cups or glasses were in our room,so popped down to the bar for a cup or glass to be told by the jobs worth and quite miserable little man that no cups or glasses were able to be removed from this area.not sure what others think about drinking straight out of a bottle.i looked in the restaurant area where there were lots of glasses and again he said I couldn't take one,quite disgusted to be honest..also the drain in the shower was giving quite a smell,couldn't be bothered by this time to ask to change rooms as it was a early transport to the airport. over all I very much doubt I will ever return to this hotel. Just glad it was a one night stay

  Liked: We came for the Ironman race but unfortunately it got cancelled due to the severe weather. Nonetheless, the apartment treated us nicely and helped us. If we decided to comeback, we know exactly where to stay.

  Disliked: Hotel is taking by government to help refugees and this is Great!but I couldn’t go to the restaurant as they said was only for the groups of refugees also bar was closed the only think running was the pool not even a fridge in the rooms so I had to ask them to put my drinks in their fridge but was not comfortable for me or the staff..not great if you going to relax on holidays
