Good
A friendly, family-oriented hotel in a perfect beach location
Liked: The hotel is in a fantastic location, just a short walk from the beach, which made our trips to the ocean very easy. The rooms were consistently clean, and the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful throughout our stay. It has a wonderful family atmosphere, making it a great choice if you are travelling with kids.
Disliked: Because it is so family-friendly, the pool area can get very crowded. We also experienced long wait times for breakfast, lunch, and dinner, which can be frustrating. If you prefer a quiet, tranquil environment, the crowds might be a bit much, though the beverage service at the pool was a nice touch and helped pass the time.
Disliked: Very noisy bedroom

Liked: Breakfast, location, cleanliness,,entertainment. Bryan was brilliant
Disliked: Music too loud in lounge. Not enough. drinking glasses. or beer range. Towel deposit is unnecessary.
It was an ok stay I would say it’s a 3 star
Liked: Good location. Room was clean. Staff were friendly. Rooms are cleaned daily. Towels changed daily.
Disliked: Long line for breakfast so I opted to eat elsewhere. You have to pay for hire of kettle/coffee machine iron etc. Pool small for size of hotel.

Liked: Very spacious room
Comfortable hotel which could be improved
Liked: Very comfortable room. We got upgraded to a room with pool view and we had a view of the sea from the balcony. Location is perfect. We also found the downstairs lockers and bathrooms very practical when coming back from the beach after checking out.
Disliked: Elevators are extremely slow and hairdryer easily overheats and stops working after a few minutes, then restarts again after cooling down. Breakfast had options, but food looked greasy and showed droplets on its surface, not sure if it was due to humidity or recent refrigeration. In any case, it was definitely not up to the standards of a 4-stars hotel breakfast.
