  Nice Apartment shame its a shared pool

  Liked: The villa/apartment is quite nice with a ceiling light fan that was very nice on the hot days, not very fast but still cooling and welcoming. Nice security with an alarm system we could set when leaving and a camera I presume working on the front. Location is good, we have stayed before in the same area Beach Villa 1 which did have its own private heated pool so we did know our way around. Beds were fine but I personally found the mattress were a little hard for me causing a bad back each morning, not really a fault but better softer mattress would be beneficial to future clients staying. Nice kitchen area, everything you could want but we didn't use anything other than the kettle, we had meals out all the time.

  Disliked: Firstly the main reason for the low score is the misrepresented details of the Villa. The very 1st picture on booking.com shows the pool which seems to imply a private pool, nowhere does it state a shared pool that you have to walk to around the corner to get to. We would have cancelled if we had not gone past the cancellation period before we realised the shared pool issue which was through another review. Very misleading pictures with no detail description clearly stating a shared pool and this actually ruined the holiday for me. We love to swim at night and early morning and the shared pool had set times which didn't work like a private pool does. Second fault we had an issue with is the camera on the neighbours property pointing straight into the back yard table area, We fully understand security is needed but this is a serious invasion of our privacy when sunbathing or just having a drink in that area, we were constantly aware we were possibly been watched or recorded. We had to purchase a beach windbreaker to put on the wall to help protect our privacy in that area.The camera did finally move in our 2nd week (PTZ) to point into the owners area but we left the windbreaker up as PTZ camera can be moved at will. While this isn't the owners fault as they have no control over the camera it is something they should be addressing with the the neighbours.

  Great property in a quiet residential area away from the noise of the centre of town

  Liked: The property was lovey and clean, spacious inside and out, quiet area, everything you need for a break in Caleta de Fuste A ten minute walk into Caleta to the bars, restaurant and beaches. Great amount of outdoor space both downstairs and on room terrcace A lovey welcome gift from kind owners Informative instructions on how to find property and how to get in Thank you for a lovely stay

  Disliked: Minor issue that sofa was very low and difficult to get up from if sat down, also fridge freezer very noisy

  Liked: Loved the roof top terrace, enjoyed the, private area for sunbathing also the spacious apartment and plenty outside space at ground floor. Comfy beds and plenty of towels. Brilliant location easy walk to beach and town. Hosts sorted out minor problems promptly.

  Disliked: We wished for another sunbed on the terrace as there was only one. The settee could have been more comfy and the shower spurted water but we still loved it and had a fantastic stay.

  Really enjoyed our 13 night stay...would definitely return which I think says everything

  Liked: Great location...very clean with ample changes of laundry etc...host super responsive whenever contacted. Everything you need for a comfortable stay away from home..

  Disliked: Only 1 sunbed on roof terrace...TV signal in n out..
